What gets deleted
- Your profile, photo and preferences
- ID, selfie, licence and vehicle documents
- Ride history, reviews you received and messages
- Emergency contacts and saved places
What we may keep
Some records are retained for a limited period where required by law or to protect member safety — e.g. payment and tax records, and reports or SOS incidents under investigation. These are kept securely for up to 180 days (or longer if legally required) and then deleted.
Before you go
- Cancel any upcoming rides — deletion is blocked while you have active bookings.
- Settle any pending payments or refunds.
- Deletion cannot be undone; you would need to sign up and verify again.
